One thing I wouldn't do is use this Legal Notice as a substitute for everything else. Your Shopify footer should ultimately have Shipping Policy | Return & Refund Policy | Privacy Policy | Terms of Service | Legal Notice | Contact. Shopify specifically expects stores to provide accessible and accurate policy information, including return/refund information. (Shopify Help Center)

And because you're using Printify-style fulfillment, we should make the Return & Refund Policy next very carefully. That's the one where we need to distinguish changed my mind / wrong size from damaged, defective, or incorrect product and also handle your digital downloads.
